Robert “Bob” De Leon

Chief Executive Officer

Bob De Leon has close to 30 years of industry experience and has held a variety senior and executive leadership positions during that time. He has worked for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, CR Bard, and most recently, Smiths Medical where he held the role of VP of Sales, North America. Bob has spent his career building winning teams utilizing a process driven approach to delivering above expectation results.

Breck Price

Founding Partner, Chief Financial Officer

Breck Price has over 18 years of successful entrepreneurial and business owner experience in the insurance and financial services industry. As a Series 6 licensed professional, he has built one of the largest captive insurance agencies in central Alabama which he started in 2003 and now boasts a book of sales in excess of $7M annually. In addition to organic growth, a key element of his current business success has been his ability to negotiate two strategic opportunities: a merger in 2007 and an acquisition in 2010. It is this level of financial acumen and experience that Breck brings to HMG.

Clint Semmann,

Founding Partner, Chief Operating Officer

Clint Semmann is a proven executive, as well as a proficient product developer who is entrenched in the vascular access medical device industry. He brings 12 years of medical device experience to HMG, with the core ability to take product ideas from concept to commercialization. Clint is an accomplished operations executive who has been a major developmental contributor on two US patented medical devices and seven FDA 510k approvals.

Jeffrey D. Brown

Chief Commercial Officer

Jeff Brown has over 40 years of successful global commercial experience leading, developing and motivating highly effective executive management teams, creating innovative marketing and sales strategies, as well as building strong customer partnerships. Since 2019, Jeff has consulted for various PE firms in the Medical Device space. He joined Smiths Medical in 2012, as Vice President of Sales and Marketing-Americas, and became the SVP of Global Sales in 2015. Prior to Smiths Medical, he held progressively more senior commercial roles with Teleflex and Hudson Respiratory Care, where he and his teams grew sales revenue year over year and launched new businesses into new markets while maximizing operating profits on a global scale.
